CHALLENGE

With a successful Chevy and Hyundai dealership, family-owned and operated Brown & Brown RV was after the same online presence for their RV store. They teamed up with PCG to create and implement a new SEO strategy that focused on local keywords and RV models.

STRATEGY

PCG first developed a solid SEO foundation with new content and link building. Basic SEO tasks like meta tagging and updating business pages were done and original content was written for all main website pages.

To help Brown & Brown RV achieve their goal of ranking on Search Result Pages for RV models, product pages for each RV were created. These pages include detailed information on the RV model, images and a link to the model’s inventory page, which includes links to Vehicle Data Pages (VDPs).

RESULTS

In less than a year, PCG increased the number of keywords in positions 1-3 from 9 to 23, while organic traffic increased 90% in under a year.

In year two, PCG further increased top ranking keywords from 23 to 35, and organic traffic by 109%. These efforts—combined with paid advertising techniques—skyrocketed digital visibility, brand awareness, and lead traffic. In fact, paid search generated 3,847 leads (form completions and phone calls) throughout the year—all while costing under 20 dollars per lead.
