Glenn Pasch

CEO / Partner

As the CEO of PCG Companies, Glenn works with clients to develop new strategies that will enable their businesses to become more visible, efficient, and profitable.

Glenn has more than 25 years of experience with a proven track record of leading diverse teams of professionals and companies to new levels of achievement in a variety of highly competitive industries and markets.

His new book, “The Power of Connected Marketing,” is a best-seller on Amazon. He is co-author of the book, “Selling Cars in the Digital Age,” which has been translated into four languages and is being used to increase sales at dealerships in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and Europe.

As a highly requested speaker, Glenn has been asked to help educate audiences throughout the U.S. and Internationally, delivering keynotes and workshops on the topics of digital marketing strategy, business leadership, the power of connected marketing, employee performance, and the customer experience. His popularity as a speaker is a direct result of his audiences walking away with not only an understanding of the topic, but tangible tools to improve as well.

Denise Casagrande

President / COO

Denise Casagrande is proud to be the President at PCG Digital. Starting in 2015, she has grown, and led the Social Media department, and successfully orchestrated the PCG Digital rebrand. Her biggest accomplishment thus far has been seeing the growth in ad spend the clients have invested into Facebook advertising. By developing and producing The Automotive Social Media Sales Funnel in 2017, the PCG Digital clients have truly come to find their brand voice and display it properly across Facebook.

In 2018 Denise became an International Speaker of Digital Marketing, when she educated
attendees at the World Shopper Conference in Estoril, Portugal. Prior to this achievement, she has been educating dealers all over the United States at numerous events. Her speaking path has grown outside the automotive community as well, and she will be a keynote at this year’s Association of Directory Publishers Convention.

Helping businesses’ find their brand voice is Denise’s passion. Her book ‘Can You See Me Now?’ will take readers on a journey to find and promote their brand voice through digital.

Denise lives along the Jersey Shore with her fiancé George, and when she’s not traveling to
speak, you can always find her hidden away at the beach or a local spot. She has an obsession with Pineapples and is a proud supporter of the Sea Turtle Conservancy.

Steve Pasch

Senior VP Sales / Business Development

Steve Pasch joined PCG as a Business Development Manager with over 20 years of experience in team building. He is proud that customers consider him knowledgeable and current when it comes to digital strategy and that they appreciate how he is available to them at all times, even late into the evening at times. Steve understands that digital marketing is constantly changing and is only going to become more complex, so he prides himself on being an advocate for dealers navigating its intricacies.

Steve has been involved in the music industry for over 20 years, starting his career as the lead singer and songwriter for Christian rock band Three Crosses. The band garnered two #1 radio singles and 8 Top-10 songs. He has written songs for major publishers including Sony NY, Warner Chapel LA, Benson Music Nashville, and eventually started his own publishing company, SB21 Music, in 2010.

He has written songs for the likes of Lenny Kravitz, Jason Aldean, Gretchen Wilson, and TV shows including Nashville and Charmed among others. SB21 had its first #1 country song in 2018 with Luke Bryan’s “Most People are Good”. Steve received multiple Gold and Platinum records for songs he wrote in the US and in other countries, receiving a Canadian Gold record for his work with Tim Hick and a Gold record with Jason Aldean.

In his spare time, Steve enjoys relaxing with his family and friends. He is a foodie with a passion for authentic cuisine from all over the world… and a daily piece of cake.

Christine Gray

SEM Director

Christine joined the PCG Digital team in December 2019 as the Paid Search Director. Christine is excited about the PCG work environment and is thrilled to be a part of the team. Every day, she educates the team and clients about PPC strategy and optimization. Christine searched and found her career starting during the dot com burst. At that time she learned paid search before Google search was around. Seasoned in search; She has all of her Google Ads, Analytics and Bing certifications and keep up to date with best practices for PCG. Christine can be found riding her Harley Davidson Sporty, when the weather is good, and tending to her adorable cats.

Connor Pasch

Video Editor

Connor joined the PCG team in September 2016 as a data analyst. Playing a key role in the PCG Engagement Project, Connor spends much of his time in Google Tag Manager and Analytics to ensure all clients are effectively tracking their marketing efforts.

No matter what the day holds, he always looks forward to coming to the office to enjoy the environment and learn from others on the team. In fact, it’s fellow teammate Dan Webb who Connor finds inspirational; he’s a leader, a grinder, and a dedicated worker who is passionate about what he does.

Speaking of passion, when Connor’s not in the office, he’s spending time practicing his own passion: music. Not only does he produce electronic music under the name “Pashion,” but also plays piano, guitar, and sings.

Dawn Pasch

Administrative Assistant

Dawn started at PCG as a Social Media Manager and Receptionist in June 2014. She now also handles new employee onboarding, event management and administrative tasks. Prior to joining PCG, Dawn was a hairdresser with a passion for photography. You can still catch her doing haircuts now and then, and behind the camera at every family event.

On the weekends, Dawn can be found either at the beach, helping with her son’s plays, or roaming New York with her two daughters that live in the city.

Eric Lupardi

SEO Specialist

Eric joined the PCG Digital SEO team in July of 2018. Eric has always had a passion for marketing and has worked in many different aspects of the marketing realms, from marketing research to being part of a large grassroots cross-country marketing campaign. Eric fell in love with SEO as soon as he learned about it and hasn’t stopped learning and loving it since!

It’s not hard to find Eric when he isn’t working. He can be found at a local bar enjoying some local New Jersey brews, seeing one of the latest or greatest in the punk music scene, watching pro wrestling, tracking down the best soft pretzels that Jersey has to offer, or just watching The Office over and over and over again! He tells corny jokes and is always good for a quick laugh!

Eric is also known for his extensive koozie collection. He has koozies from bands and brands to states and paints (yes he has a koozie from Valspar). He has over 350 and growing!

There is no single great way to go about life, but Eric believes if you have a positive mental attitude and a can-do spirit, nothing can stop you!

Jake Ernst

Content Specialist

Jake joined the PCG Digital team in December 2019 as a Content Specialist. Shortly after graduating from Rowan University in Glassboro, NJ, he began his career as a sportswriter and social media manager for The American Betting Experts, a sports marketing company that works closely with powerhouse sportsbooks such as FanDuel, DraftKings, William Hill, and so much more. After working there for quite some time, Jake stumbled upon a job listing for PCG Digital and I guess you could say the rest is history.

Being the die-hard New Orleans Saints fan that he is, when he’s not watching the game from the comfort of his home, he’s presumably in the “Big Easy” encountering their success firsthand. Following work and on the weekends, you will likely find him participating in a pickup basketball game or spoiling his Golden Retriever, Bailey, at a dog park, beach, or essentially any body of water deep enough for her to swim in.

Jamie Paton

SEO Director

Jamie joined the PCG team in October 2010 as a Content Writer. A year later she moved over to the SEO team and currently serves as the SEO Director. Throughout her time at PCG, Jamie has grown both personally and professionally, whether it was stepping into a leadership role, developing new strategies for clients, or representing the company at various industry events.

She is Google Analytics Certified, is a Yext Certified Partner, and has a Conductor Searchlight All-Star Certification. As a former member of the Content team, Jamie regularly contributes to the PCG blog writing about SEO best practices, Google Analytics, Search Console, content marketing, and more.

In addition to providing her knowledge and experience to clients and coworkers alike, Jamie can always be counted on to bring her A-game to any in-office activity. She is the PCG Fantasy Football league commissioner. She also takes any Halloween costume contest very seriously. Some of her recent Halloween costumes include Mr. Peanut, a LEGO minifigure, Ghostbuster, and a lobster.

Outside of the office Jamie enjoys exploring the great state of New Jersey via
bicycle and kayak. She also maintains her own blog: watchingthewasteland.com, where she shares her musings about anything and everything TV-related.

Lisa Grande

Client Account Manager

Lisa has been a big part of PCG since she joined back in February of 2010. During her time at PCG, Lisa has come to appreciate the long-term relationships she’s fostered with many clients as a Senior Account Manager, which have often lasted years. She’s never content to settle and has even become certified in paid search in order to further enhance her skill set.

When she’s not at work, Lisa likes nothing more than relaxing at home with her family and cozying up with classic, black-and-white murder mystery movies. She’s a live long Philadelphia Eagles fan who will cherish watching the the Eagles first-ever NFL Super Bowl Championship with her 87 year old father.

Marissa Karahuta

Social Media Specialist

Marissa joined the PCG Digital team as a Social Media Specialist in March of 2019. Before joining the team, she graduated from Towson University, where she studied Advertising and Public Relations.

After graduation, she began working as a recruiter while doing social media marketing for local restaurants on the side. Social media and digital marketing are her passions and she looks forward to expanding her skills with PCG Digital every day.

When she's not working, you can typically catch her exploring new restaurants, working on her food photography, re-watching The Office and That 70s Show or hanging out with her pug, Yoda.

Michele Kowalski

SEO Specialist

Michele joined PCG in March of 2013 as an SEO Specialist and Client Account Manager. During her time here, she has grown and developed a passion for not only SEO but marketing as well. Over the years at PCG Digital Michele has become a Senior SEO Specialist, as well as joined the internal marketing team at PCG. She is persistently staying on top of industry trends and changes within the digital marketing industry, which is reflected in her work with clients.

Outside of work Michele spends a lot of her free time as an avid volunteer at the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, where she is a team captain for the local Light the Night walk each year and works with them to raise money to support an amazing cause.When she is not volunteering, you can catch her knocking bags down at kickboxing classes, enjoying long runs, going to the beach and just enjoying the company of close friends and family.

Nick Haberstroh

Sr Graphic Designer / Marketing Coordinator

Nick joined the PCG Team in the fall of 2018. He is a native of the Jersey Shore and a graduate of Monmouth University’s Music Industry program. When he doesn’t have his head in the Adobe Creative Cloud you may find him playing bass in Asbury Park or acting in a community theater production. Nick is happy to have plenty of opportunities to create, explore, and grow.

Renee McGowan


Renee has been here since 2007 and has quite a few important duties as the Controller at PCG. She has an eye for numbers and is certified in QuickBooks Pro. Organization is how Renee keeps a handle on the finances of PCG and has even brushed up on accounting tax laws to help keep tax expenses low for the company.

In her free time, Renee is the Director of Music at her church and can be seen playing everything from the piano and pipe organ, to a guitar and pipe bells during services. While she loves the people she works with at PCG, she truly cherishes the time she gets to spend with her family, especially on their frequent trips to Disney World.

Whether it’s playing music or entering (and winning) cookie bake-offs, Renee follows the wise words of Walt Disney, “Whatever you do, do it well.”

Ryan Black

SEM Specialist

Ryan Black is a writer and editor who joined the PCG Digital team as a Content Writer in late 2018. Previously, he worked as reporter in the healthcare industry and an intern in concert promotions.

After graduating from the University of Pittsburgh, life took him on a roundabout journey through Mississippi, Nashville, and southeastern Pennsylvania before he settled at the Jersey Shore. When he isn’t writing excellent marketing copy, he’s likely watching, thinking about, or writing about professional hockey (let’s go Flyers) for one of a few contributor sites.

He has too many hats, shoes, records, and guitars; a long reading list he’ll probably never get through; some strange and decent friends scattered around the country; a terrific born-and-raised Jersey girlfriend; and a very good, very smart dog named Kaz.

Sarah Ciociola

Social Specialist/Audit Coordinator

Sarah joined the PCG Digital team as a Social Media Specialist in September of 2018. What Sarah loves most about being a Social Media Specialist on the PCG Digital team
is the immense amount of creativity and collaboration that goes into her work day. She loves being able to have the opportunity to build relationships with clients and in return create never-before-seen auto marketing campaigns.

As a born and bred Jersey Girl, you can always find Sarah soaking in the sun when she isn’t in the office. Few things make her happier than reading a good book on the beach, trying out new restaurants in the area, and laughing with her friends and family.

In all realms of her life, Sarah likes to live by the saying, “The best things in life are often waiting for you at the exit ramp of your comfort zone.”

Tony Freda

Client Account Manager

Tony joined the PCG team in January 2012 as a Client Account Manager. This Brazilian Jiu Jitsu purple belt takes his training seriously, both in and out of the office.

When he isn’t working to better his clients’ digital strategies, Tony can be found taking a long walk with his wife and dogs. After, he’s heading straight to the beach for a quick surf before meeting his wife for lunch (and maybe even an ice-cream pitstop to end the day).

The person who inspires Tony the most is Casey Neistat, because of his outstanding work ethic and his exceptional daily blogs.
