Position Description:

The Video Editor will be responsible for creating and editing video content to support the company’s internal marketing initiatives. This includes producing short-form and long-form content for social media, website use, paid media, and promotional efforts.

They will bring together internal footage, brand assets, motion graphics, and stock elements to create cohesive, thumb-stopping videos that align with brand standards and platform best practices across LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, and emerging channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, able to manage multiple projects at once, and comfortable turning raw concepts into polished, performance-driven content.

The Video Editor will collaborate closely with the rest of the Marketing Team to support campaigns, event promotions, and overall brand storytelling initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Edit and produce video assets for internal digital marketing campaigns
  • Transform raw footage, internal assets, and stock elements into cohesive, platform-optimized videos
  • Implement platform-specific creative best practices to improve engagement and performance
  • Test new editing styles, hooks, formats, and creative approaches to expand content output
  • Deliver completed video projects within established timelines
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining organized file structures
  • Maintain and organize internal video asset libraries
  • Ensure all video content aligns with brand standards and internal style guidelines

Position Requirements:

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, including timeline management, audio editing, color correction, and export optimization
  • Basic familiarity with Adobe After Effects, including modifying templates as well as creating simple motion graphics
  • 1+ years of experience editing video content for digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage files, feedback, revisions, and deadlines across multiple projects
  • Self-starter with ability interpret campaign goals and translate them into clear creative direction
  • Strong portfolio showcasing video editing, pacing, and storytelling ability
  • Team player and proactive problem solver

Nice to Have:

  • Experience editing content for paid advertising
  • Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp)
  • Automotive industry experience a plus
