Position Description:

PCG Digital is looking for its next Paid Social Media Specialist to join their growing team. This person will be responsible for creating Paid Social Media advertising on the Meta platforms for their automotive clients. The preferred candidate has proficient knowledge in the Meta Business Suite as it relates to creating social media campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager, an understanding of Facebook and Google Analytics (Universal and Google Analytics 4) tracking capabilities, experience in automation platforms like Fluency, experience in digital marketing for automotive, and previous experience handling multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Create, manage, and optimize social media campaigns according to clients’ business goals
  • Manage up to 45 accounts daily to ensure successful performance
  • Ongoing self-education with all social platforms and social advertising best practices
  • Regular client communication on strategy and performance with the Director and Account Managers
  • Launching campaigns and new accounts via Fluency
  • Team coordination and collaboration with different departments, including SEO, SEM, and Content, to develop new strategies for each client
  • Own performance of all accounts, with daily deep dives into Meta Business Suite and GA4 to ensure account/client success
  • Build monthly strategies for each client based on their inventory, business goals, tracking capabilities, and budgets
  • Speak directly to clients on reporting and strategy calls monthly

Position Requirements:

  • 3+ years of social media advertising for Automotive, specifically Facebook and Instagram
  • 3+ years creating social media campaigns directly in Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong customer service skills
  • 3+ years managing multiple social media client accounts
  • Experience running paid social media campaigns within Automotive Tier 1 OEM programs
  • Excellent analytical and writing skills
  • Proficient in GA4
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite
  • Team player and problem solver
  • Self-educator
