Brian has worked in the automotive field for over 20 years, both inside the dealership and on the vendor side. He has successfully grown and scaled internal teams to achieve great success and he’s led dealerships to products to help with their sales and marketing structure. He brings not only great experience to the table but also achievement levels that will elevate PCG to new heights and growth.

Brian is passionate about the automotive industry and he is eager to represent PCG as chief revenue officer. His track record for leadership skills has proven to PCG’s board of chiefs that he will be a great fit culturally. The company is in a prime position to bring on another chief to grow and scale a sales organization that can maximize its reach to dealerships across the United States and beyond. PCG Digital’s internal team is prepared and ready for this growth, having mastered new marketing strategies and offerings. Another core focus will be growing and leading a structured sales team. He will work closely with the owner, CEO, and president of PCG Digital to thrive and succeed within the current structure and culture.

Get to Know Brian
With a distinguished two-decade career in the automotive retail sector, Brian is renowned for his sales expertise which he began cultivating at the young age of 22 by selling cars in his hometown of Jacksonville, FL. Brian’s professional journey took a significant turn when he embraced an opportunity to join a startup company called Automotive Broadcasting Network (ABN) in 2007. There, he not only pioneered the sales of DealerTV to the first 100 dealers over the phone but also propelled the sales division to impressive heights, amassing a client base exceeding 1,800 dealers.
The year 2020 marked a new chapter for ABN when it was acquired by Spectrio. Even under new ownership, Brian’s leadership continued to flourish as the Vice President of Sales, further expanding the clientele to over 2,300 dealers. His leadership style is naturally robust, marked by a preference for collaboration, and he is known for fostering an environment of trust and empowerment among his team.
Brian’s commitment to growth and learning saw him return to academia at age 37 to complete his undergraduate studies in business. He then continued enriching his knowledge by completing his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Florida. Presently, he imparts wisdom as a professor of Business and Leadership at St. Johns River State College.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Brian dedicates himself to community service. At his church, he teaches early morning seminary to high school freshmen before the school day begins and nurtures young talent in his neighborhood by coaching swimming to children aged 6 to 18. Brian’s personal life is equally fulfilling, celebrating two decades of marriage with his wife, Ashley, and being a proud father to their four beautiful children: Blane, Brinkley, Bruce, and Beau.
